Accidentally?

Coincidence? Really?  God is revealing the truth and the truth will set us free. Very troubling the thread of connections revealed here in this video. Many people don't want to see the connections. Many don't want to do their own research to prove these connections are true. Many don't want to believe what is being revealed, right before our eyes.  

This (world-wide) shut down is NOT about what we are being told it is about. Don't you see how they keep changing the narrative? They keep changing the timeline. WAKE UP, Christian! Ask the Lord to OPEN your ears to hear and your eyes to see. We need the ability for God to REVEAL to us the truth. We need revelation. Sometimes the truth is hard to believe; even when it is revealed and spelled out, right before us.

Gaslighting

I found the following pieces of information on the internet and thought there was a lot of merit to the writing and the image. I will share the following in the content that I found them in.

“Have you ever asked yourself, ‘am I crazy?’ If you have ever asked yourself that, you’re not crazy. You’re most likely being gaslighted. Gaslighting is a form of psychological abuse aimed at controlling a person by altering reality to the point where the person will doubt their own sanity.

 

The term “gaslighting” comes from a 1930’s play called Gas Light. The main character in the play literally tries to drive his wife crazy by gradually dimming the gas-powered lights in their home. When she notices the lights dimming, her husband not only denies that the lights are dimming, he convinces her that she is imagining it to the point where she questions her own sanity.

 

We are living in a perpetual state of gaslighting. The reality that we are being told by the media is at complete odds with what we are seeing with our own two eyes. And when we question the false reality that we are being presented, or we claim that what we see is that actual reality, we are vilified as racist or bigots or just plain crazy. You’re not racist. You’re not crazy. You’re being gaslighted.

 

New York State has twice as many deaths from Covid-19 than any other state, and New York has accounted for one-fifth of all Covid-19 deaths, but we are told that New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has handled the pandemic better than any other governor. But if we support policies of Governors whose states had only a fraction of the infections and deaths as New York, we’re called anti-science and want people to die. So, we ask ourselves, am I crazy? No, you’re being gaslighted.

 

We see mobs of people looting stores, smashing windows, setting cars on fire, and burning down buildings, but we are told that these demonstrations are peaceful protests. And when we call this destruction of our cities, riots, we are called racists. So, we ask ourselves, am I crazy? No, you’re being gaslighted.

 

We see the major problem destroying many inner-cities is crime; murder, gang violence, drug dealing, drive-by shootings, armed robbery, but we are told that it is not crime, but the police that are the problem in the inner-cities. We are told we must defund the police and remove law enforcement from crime-riddled cities to make them safer. But if we advocate for more policing in cities overrun by crime, we are accused of being white supremacists and racists. So, we ask ourselves, am I crazy? No, you’re being gaslighted.

 

The United States of America accepts more immigrants than any other country in the world. The vast majority of the immigrants are “people of color”, and these immigrants are enjoying the freedom and economic opportunity not available to them in their country of origin, but we are told that the United States is the most racist and oppressive country on the planet, and if we disagree, we are called racist and xenophobic. So, we ask ourselves, am I crazy? No, you’re being gaslighted.

 

Capitalist countries are the most prosperous countries in the world. The standard of living is the highest in capitalist countries. We see more poor people move up the economic ladder to the middle and even the wealthy class through their effort and ability in capitalist countries than any other economic system in the world, but we are told capitalism is an oppressive system designed to keep people down. So, we ask ourselves, am I crazy? No, you’re being gaslighted.

Communist countries killed over 100 million people in the 20th century. Communist countries strip their citizens of basic human rights, dictate every aspect of their lives, treat their citizens as slaves, and drive their economies into the ground, but we are told that Communism is the fairest, most equitable, freest, and most prosperous economic system in the world. So, we ask ourselves, am I crazy?

 

No, you’re being gaslighted.

You know instinctively that charging someone with racism because of their skin color is itself racist. Gaslighting has become one of the most pervasive and destructive tactics in American politics. It is the exact opposite of what our political system was meant to be. It deals in lies and psychological coercion, and not the truth and intellectual discourse. If you ever ask yourself if you’re crazy, you are not. Crazy people aren’t sane enough to ask themselves if they’re crazy. So, trust yourself, believe what’s in your heart. Trust our eyes over what we are told. Never listen to the people who tell you that you are crazy because you are not, you’re being gaslighted.”

 

Witches Invitation by Carman Licciardello

Back in the day, when I was in my late teens, early twenty's there was a Christian singer named, Carmen.  As far as I know, he only did Christian events after giving his heart to Christ and he is still around today, bringing the love of God to people through music. He has walked with the Lord for years now and has a gift for song-writing/story telling.  

Years ago, an evangelist named Mario Murillo, was doing a chapel service at Oral Robert's University (ORU) and Carman (Licciardello) was also invited to the chapel, doing the worship.  Carmen stayed at the piano when Mario took the pulpit, just be ready if Mario wanted some back-up music so Carman now had a front-seat view to the story Mario was about to tell.  

Mario started his time teaching with a story. He began talking about an invitation he had received from a man while preaching in the campus of the University of California, Berkley (Berkeley).  A man name Isaac Bonewits came up to Mario and began to compare his god (satan) to the God of Mario, Jehovah .

Mario found out later that Bonewits was one of the only people ever to receive an accredited bachelor of arts degree from Berkeley with a major in witchcraft.  Mario goes on to tell of how Bonewits left their meeting by giving him his business card inviting him to come and chat more regarding their "gods".  Mario never responded to this invite, so later, Bonewits actually sent a written invitation to Murillo to continue the conversation. Mario thought he would not go and meet him so he threw the invite in the trash but on the way to the can, the Lord told Mario that he should go and meet with him.  Here is the link to the full story of Mario sharing what happened regarding this invitation on the blog called Encounter Today.

Remember now that Carman was sitting there on the same stage with Mario as Mario is telling the whole story to the ORU students so being the great song-writer he is, he took the event and wrote a song. He named the song, Witches Invitation. Here is the link to the video of Carman at a live event, where he played the video, Witches Invitation.

I remember when this song came out and just loved it. I had no idea then that it was from a real event.  My mom used to listen to Mario Murillo back in the day, but I didn't know the two of them were connected until I came across this testimony by Mario last week.  This song was one of my favorites by Carman and many of the Christians I ran with at the time loved it as well. 

From what Mario says, Carman did change the name of the character from his real name of Bonewits to Horowitz in the song but most of the other details follow perfectly the song to what Mario said happened; all except the closing words about  wanting to "rumble with a man of God".  Amazing!

So true! Our God has bought us with the blood of Jesus and satan has to let us go! Never a more true statement ever spoken!  

End the Pandemic Freedom Day - Berlin

So this is Berlin... YESTERDAY! What? You didn’t hear about this HUGE event on MSM? Shocking - said no.one.ever!

The media reports you mostly could find said about 20,000 protesters came out. 🤔 Looks about right - 🤣🤣🤣

They (the people) came out to “push back” against this “global pandemic”.

Remember the guy (with only a biology degree - Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General) from W.H.O. who “declared” this global emergency situation, oh-so-many news-cycles ago (March 11, 2020). Remember? Yeah, the world is not buying it “no more”. 🤦‍

"End the Pandemic Freedom Day" reported it had 1.3 Million people come out but the mainstream media (MSM) isn’t interested in covering this as a headline; it’s buried in the back pages. MSM isn’t selling facts; they are selling a narrative of fear - and it seems to still be working here in America. 😳

You can walk into most countries, all over the world (including countries that we think are controlled like Iran) and buy HQC ... OVER THE COUNTER but not so here in the “land of the free and the home of the brave”. To quote the (mouthy) younger folks today (not all mind you, but some), “NOPE!”

And before any of the leftist liberals I know want to “fact-check” this, (another false-flag the world has bought into - but that topic is for another day) and the validity of the event (because few media outlets are giving front page coverage to anything called "news" if it doesn’t fit the globalists narrative) ... the photo on the bridge (above) was a real-time photo through a friend who was there.

Where are we, Americans? Are you still a “sheeple” following along with the narrative?

Are you not noticing that the media is censoring anything they don’t want people to read? What happened to the "Free Press" in this free nation?  What happened to "free speech"?  Google, Facebook, Twitter, and many other outlets are taking down information almost as fast as people can post it.  

You should be concerned my fellow American! Very concerned!

NOTE: People asked me to post a source: End the Pandemic Freedom Day - the Sun. Here is one. Duck-Duck-Go it (not using that other name "no more".) You will find info about the Berlin event on August 1, 2020 but NOTE those reports will SAY "thousands", not the 1.5 million who actually were there.

How did I get 1.5 million? Look at the photo here from 2001, where the same area of the city had a different gathering - the Love Parade. Then the MSM reported over a million were present as that event fit the political narrative, you see. Now, look at the photo below it, from August 1, 2020, in the same area of the city. Yep, suddenly that crowd is only "thousands".  Hmmm....I guess they forgot the word "hundreds" before the word "thousands" when they went to print, apparently. 🤦‍

The Day the Police Were No Longer Needed

At the beginning of our shutdown experience (months ago), I kept hearing a cry in my spirit regarding America; that we need to ... WAKE UP! There was an urgency in my spirit to pray; and I did. That seems so long ago now, the shutdown. It was many narratives ago in the news cycle. Do you remember?

I woke up today at 4:00 am this morning. That was my normal waking time before; when I would drive my daughter across town, in the dark, for her to swim her early morning practice as I would work on my computer. I would take her so she could sleep another 35 minutes before her swim. We have done that for years, morning after morning... and now it seems so long ago. A memory. Do you remember your “old” routine from 5 months ago?

We have moved from narrative to narrative; consuming all our band wide with each new event stripping away at our lives. The media has done a great job saturating our minds with fear, doom, anger, even rage. We have bought into the narrative as most Americans listen more to the “news” than we read our bibles, or talk to the Lord. I mean, even most “Christians” used to go to church and for many, that was the only “feeding” they got every week.

My beautiful America is dying; we thought this shutdown was to prevent people from getting sick, but I am seeing that this virus was one of the least of our troubles right now... America is the one needing an ICU! She is being stripped of her glory and being brought to her knees.

Harder than watching my country being shredded is how many people I love (who have landed on the opposite side of the narrative) are endorsing it. Again, not a new historical concept to see a nation divided but certainly a new personal experience for most of us.

I am an old soul; I have always related more to the generation before me than my own; most likely because my parents, if still living on earth, would be 102 and 94 respectively; the age of many of your grandparents or great grandparents. I was raised with the previous generation. I didn’t just read about WWII in class, my parents lived it from opposite sides. It was a topic in my personal discussions with my parents growing up... and I listened.

My dad was a pilot dropping bombs on Hitler’s army after living through the depression and my mom was living under the bombs falling after her “re-education” in Hitler’s Youth program. She would tell me of her “fractured” family and how people were torn by the political divisions of her day. It was difficult for her to share with me many of the details of this divide as it would still bring visible pain to her while sharing.

My mom LOVED America as much, if not more than my dad, and she embraced her beautiful transition as an American citizen never leaving the safety of her shores. I grew up valuing what the flag meant because she would tell of the first-hand experience of its power. Seeing that flag on the arms of American shoulders or seeing American soldiers flying overhead brought signs of hope, freedom, and a future. That flag meant liberation and healing for her country.

I understood how people were willing to die for that flag, as my dad shared his experience as a pilot defending her. I am thankful neither of my parents is here to witness what America has become.

I am GRIEVED when I see how some (even those I know and love) are disrespecting the value of the flag or those who are devaluing the National Anthem or disparaging the pledge of allegiance, or who are endorsing the violence, and even embracing communistic symbols as expressions of freedom. Nothing new though as the ’60s had some of the same undertones going on in our nation.

I feel as though I have become that “old voice” now (and I am not very old) because it seems many of us have forgotten what being an American means.

I encourage each of you to personally have a deep conversation with someone who has fled an oppressive dictatorship. Many of them will not because it is too painful but I encourage you to find out why they left where they were to come here; the greatest land on earth. They get. Many of them more than most of us. They will help you gain an understanding of why most the world has wanted to “come to America”.

You can tell me all day long what you have read; but I remember my mom’s voice crackling and her eyes welling up as she said, “That’s enough,” as then she started to cry saying, “turn it off,” (the recorder). And we were done for that day.

Go ahead, tear down our history, even burn our beautiful flag but you will never take my love for this country from me. Toppling statues won’t stop the repeating of the evil history of tyranny. It is nothing new.

THE DAY THE POLICE WERE NO LONGER NEEDED

On August 19, 1966 - Chinese students launched a fight for social justice to fight for the rights of the oppressed in China. It was widely believed that the 'patriarchal system' in China had been created by the 1% and held down women, minorities, and the working class. The students cried out for a revolution and change, and consequentially launched the infamous Chinese Cultural Revolution.

Students put a red band around their arm to stand in solidarity with the oppressed and called for a change on old ideas that they called the FOUR OLDS. The Four Olds were: Old Customs, Old Culture, Old Habits, and Old Ideas.

The movement was supported by the Chinese media.

Mass demonstrations and looting by the students ensued.

Statues were torn down.

Chinese architecture was destroyed.

Classical literature and Chinese paintings were torn apart and burned.

Temples were desecrated.

The Cemetery of Confucius was attacked.

The corpse of the 76th-generation Duke Yansheng was removed from its grave and hung from a tree.

Wealthy homes were attacked and destroyed.

Many families' long-kept genealogy books were burned to ashes.

All of history, in short, was to be removed and replaced. This was the central meaning of Cultural Revolution: That China was going to destroy every trace of its bourgeois (privileged) past and replace it with a new culture built on the principles of Maoism and Marxism.

Communist leaders like President Liu Shaoqi were taken out of power and replaced with men Mao believed were not critical of his reign.

Public leaders who were considered to be oppressive were tried by angry mobs and vigilantes.

Three days later, August 22, 1966, a central directive was issued to stop police intervention. The police were disbanded in the city and the students formed a community solution called the RED GUARD. The RED GUARDS policed the communities and punished anyone who did not agree with their ideas. Even people that supported the movement, but had bad thoughts ("wrong think") could be punished.

Though many Christians supported the movement in the beginning, they quickly became the number one target of the RED GUARDS and public trials were held to condemn them to death.

Many of those that were on board with the cause of the rebellion, in the beginning, saw that it was not really what they had signed up for, but by then it was too late. The power that the Red Guard wanted had already been given.

More people died during the cultural revolution in China than any war, famine, or natural disaster in the history of man. An estimated 20 to 30 million people were killed.

Before the Wrath

If you are looking for a great movie to watch with your family, I would HIGHLY encourage you to get the movie called Before the Wrath. It is starring Kevin Sorbo and it looks at the significance and meaning behind the fact that Jesus and all of His disciples were Galileans. The movie will mainly focus on the last supper and the significance to some of the actions Jesus specifically did, to us, believers. If we were Galilean, we would have understood their culture, and therefore, would have understood the significance of many of the actions and ways in which Jesus did things. We, Christians miss many significant pieces of Jesus' teachings because we don't know their culture.

The main purpose of the movie is to underscore the teaching regarding the return of Christ or the Rapture... as a Galilean would see it.

Out of Shadows - Mike Smith

I want you to know that I am praying for you and that I have been seeking the

Lord over so many things unfolding in our world; big things happening, almost daily. These are amazing days to be alive for sure!

I am really feeling the Lord pressing on me to "release His message of the Kingdom into our lost and dying world". These pages reach the nations, not just my personal friend list, so I come to write here and not just on social media. All that to say, I just feel the Lord is doing something new. We are about to step into a new place in history. In the future, our grandchildren will read about this "transition in time" and so I am writing this down – for the future generations to have access to what was going on in Texas, USA, during the days of the Coronavirus shut-in. Jesus come!

There is a lot of darkness in our world too right now as well. If you haven't put language to the situation (in your own words), we are fighting a very dark, spiritual war – this is more than just a worldwide shutdown. There are powers in play that, I believe, were assigned to take out our nation and fold us into a one-world government. Any of the past presidents we had would have gladly "sold us out"... but not Trump. He is our Cyrus. God has put him in his position of leadership for such a day, a time, and an hour as this. Jesus come!

With that, I have a link I want to share. This "battle" we are fighting is much bigger than just "China" and "Coronavirus" and "Communism" - as if those by themselves are not more than enough to deal with, but this battle is against the government of hell itself; Luciferianism.

To the pure all things are pure (Titus 1:15), so many Christians can't even wrap their brains around the idea of people actually serving our Father's arch-enemy (Lucifer); but, unfortunately, these people who do are “all in”, whole-heartedly, and unashamedly, opposing our Exalted Jehovah God. Father!

Monday a friend shared this movie, Out of Shadows with me and I finally took some time last night to watch it. Have you ever wondered why, whenever you look down the "rabbit hole" you always find the same swamp-dwelling creatures living there? I HIGHLY encourage you to watch this movie about Hollywood, Mainstream Media, our Government, and the CIA. Jesus help us!

Mike Smith (who created this documentary) has worked for the past 28 years in Hollywood as a professional stunt performer, fight and stunt coordinator, and as an executive director, just to name a few of his accomplishments. You have seen him perform if you watched Batman Forever, James Bond movies, or the new Spiderman movies... and he has been in countless other films. He knows and has worked with some of the biggest names in Hollywood. He is the guy doing the "hard" stunts behind those big Hollywood names. He makes them look amazing. He has some interesting things to share in this documentary as he reveals the "illusion" we all have bought into, and it is not just in Hollywood, but in our television shows, entertainment industry, news outlets, and even in our government.

There are some very disturbing clips and information that he will be lifting the mask on and pulling the covers off. Things that are hard to hear, but the depravity of man has yielded to forces that are evil and many of these evils have been Hidden in Plain Sight (yep, just like the movie title said).

THIS WILL BE HARD TO WATCH and you may find yourself talking to yourself saying, "no, this can't be real", but the hard reality is that these atrocities ARE true! We have all watched our nation as it has been dying over the last month. See, God, who sees all, is NOT pleased with what He knows that has been happening and He knows the details of the atrocities, and the names of the people conducting these evils and HE CARES! I saw the Lord "standing up" in a word He gave me when all of this coronavirus stuff started happening a month

ago. I saw Him "standing" and I knew He was getting up to "deal" with something. I wrote about part of what I saw when I shared with you all that the Lord told me not to pray against the "fear" but He told me to "pray that people would encounter Him". I knew in my spirit that verse in Hebrews 10:31 that says, "it is a terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God." How long can the Lord watch the shedding of innocent blood and the torturous activities that are happening to children, all for the sexual gratification of the elite, and their self-indulgence and pleasure, and all the demonic ritual sacrifices they are participating in? These acts are happening right under our noses. The media have even reported on some of it like Jeffrey Epstein and his Island of torture. Why are we not DEMANDING to know the names of those involved? Why are we

not crying out on the streets to know the truth about these cover-ups and lies? Many Christians are not even voting (look at the statistics). We have become dull and numb and dare I say, asleep in the light? FATHER, FORGIVE US! We have blood on our hands! Jesus, show us what we need to do!! It's time to wake-up, church! There is EVIL among us. Many of these people who are doing these acts against God are in both political parties, they are movie stars that we pay money to watch, they are entertainers that we pay to hear in concerts. I could go on and on. We need to wake-up and get involved. That starts with voting! Vote out the swamp. Get over your political bias. Pick people who are Godly and if there is no one to vote for that is worth voting for, then maybe YOU should run for that office!

Truth. We say we love Jesus (the way, the TRUTH, and the life) but honestly, people don't like hearing the truth. Believe me. I know. Bill Gates and His Foundation

This is supposed to be a funny MEME but there is a lot stated here, think about it. When people show you who they are - believe them!

In an interview with the BBC in February 2016, Bill Gates said, "I have hacked school PCs to meet girls students". - hmmmm.  That should be an indicator of his ethics.  Breaking into the school computer to help him meet girls.  Tells us a bit about his character.

It is said he personally choose not to vaccinate his own children but currently, his vaccine empire, is under fire with a pending lawsuit as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is being investigated by the India Supreme Court for illegally testing tribal children with vaccines. (The death of girls who were part of the Human Papilloma Virus vaccine trial that was funded by the Gates Foundation brought a stop to the trial. Three trial doses had already been administered to 30,000 participants, mostly tribal girls aged between 9 and 14.)

Where is the outcry?

Where are the women organizations crying foul?

National Organization for Women? ....crickets.

Pay attention.

The Innocent Blood is Crying Out

If we could see what God sees happening in our world, maybe you would understand why He has disrupted our lives. He is wanting us to see that we need to change and turn from our evil ways. HE IS CALLING FOR A CHANGE. We have to turn from our wickedness. He is a good Father and He hears the cries of His children; even the children still nestled in what should be the safest place on earth, the womb.

In 1970, according to Wikipedia, there were 193,491 abortions performed in the United States. The next year that number jumped to 485,816 and has steadily increased until 1982 with 1,303,980. Throughout the 1980s the numbers hovered around 1,300,000 topping out at an all-time high of 1,429,247 in 1990. The numbers dropped below 1 million after 1998 and have been steadily falling (but are still outrageous) with numbers down to 623,471 in 2016. That is the size of the entire city of Louisville, Kentucky in 2018. I hardly feel like 600+ lives stuffed out is "down". Father forgive us! These numbers above total 46,413,319 lives.

To give these numbers some understanding to you, our most populated state is California and the entire population of California is 39,512,223 as of today. Second is Texas, having 28,995,881. The third most populous state is Florida at 21,477,737 and fourth is New York at only 19,453,561. Since 1970, abortion has taken the lives of more than the entire population of the state of California.  Let that sink in. Father, forgive us!

This has to stop and if EVERY CHRISTIAN would VOTE PRO-LIFE it would stop! It’s not just about saving the babies anymore; it’s about saving all lives!

This innocent blood is crying out for justice - and God is listening! It will be avenged! God will not be mocked!

A friend posted and said, "Since this started (the lockdown) I have kept hearing pray against a mocking spirit; which 1) denies Jesus and 2) mocks God. When there is no belief you reap what you sow! We have sown the innocent blood of babies and the virus is taking the blood (the life) of (mainly) the elderly; this is not a coincidence."

God is not a God of "coincidence". It is time to repent of our sinful ways and to ask God for the healing of the nation.

Pray. Pray. Pray.

The Enemies Within (Movie)

I pray you are all encountering the Lord and finding peace as He is speaking to you. He is so near us and willing to have conversations with us, His bride. So good to just be able to sit and slow down, to just "be" with Him. The other night I was looking for a particular movie recommended to me (on Amazon Prime) and stumbled across (God brought this to my attention) this movie (The Enemies Within). I felt there were really interesting pieces revealed to me from the New Zealand man as he was investing some things about his government that brought him to our government. One of my assumptions I saw I had has been that we are ALL American's - right? We all love our land, our country, our constitution, our freedoms, and certainly, we would only want what was BEST for this beautiful land - right? (Sometimes I am just too naive.) But after watching this, I am seeing that we have allowed enemies of this great land to move freely about and even lead in the highest places of government in this nation. I knew there were some people who could be called "leftists" or "radicals" or even "progressives" but at their core, they were just like me - Right? People who loved our country, American Pie, Fourth of July - you know, 'Merica. Well, now I have pieces to this puzzle that was made very clear to me and I pray you will watch and be informed too. Maybe you KNEW this information or pieces of it, but it is amazing the thread that is revealed in this movie. Maybe it will help you share with someone you know (probably someone younger) who has bought into this "new" thinking, progressiveness, socialism, dare I say, communism. The movie is free on Amazon Prime (if you have Prime), so I hope you take the time to watch it. It was made in 2016, before the last election, but honestly, it really explains (to me) some of the reasons behind what we are currently seeing in our political system as we are watching our country self-destruct. I know MANY Christians who are not voting... well, maybe they would reconsider why they need to vote after watching this. Blessings to you all. ...and Jesus slept

I have been following the instruction of the Lord this morning; started the day in a corporate prayer phone call, then made the kiddos breakfast, been listening to scripture, worship, and reaching out to who the Lord is laying on my heart to contact... I have a long list as I feel many are struggling in these days.

What I want to share here is something the Lord gave me to share with one of these friends today, and as I shared it with them, I felt the Lord on it saying to me to make it a public declaration — so here it is.

"Cast all YOUR CARES upon Him, friend. He is with you and for you. Praying for you now, to experience a fresh wind of God upon you. He is moving. He is for us. He is right here with us…sleeping in the boat in the middle of the storm."

In Matthew 8:23-27 we read...

23 When He got into the boat, His disciples followed Him.  24 And suddenly a violent storm arose on the sea, so that the boat was being covered by the waves; but Jesus was sleeping. 25 And the disciples went and woke Him, saying, "Lord, save us, we are going to die!" 26 He said to them, "Why are you afraid, you men of little faith?" Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was [at once] a great and wonderful calm [a perfect peacefulness]. 27 The men wondered in amazement, saying, "What kind of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?"

I believe we will come through this event... and when we come to the other side, God will be with us in that new day... until then, let's rest with Jesus. FIND HIM IN YOUR STORM. Where we have anxiety is just a place where we haven't encountered the Lord at. Cast ALL your anxiety upon Him because He cares for you. He is with you and will never leave you!

What Has Stripes?

A friend posted this picture taken from an area elementary school book where I live, which by the way is in the Bible-Belt and not some progressive big-city area.  Her son brought the book home as a reading assignment.

She sent an email to the principal yesterday and her husband went to talk to the principal today.  Do you see why?  They were told the book is an approved book for the District.  The matter was referred to the superintendent.

Look at the picture now if you haven't.  When I am asked about stripes, I immediately think of the "Stars and Stripes", or what we all affectionally call the American flag.  As a believer, when I hear the word "stripes" I think of Jesus and the price he paid for my sin and sickness on his back - by His stripes we are healed.  When I look at the picture above, I immediately see the zebra in plain view and of course, we all know that a zebra has stripes.  Then we quickly begin to scour the picture for more stripes.  They boys shirt, the road, the barbershop pole, the butcher's wall and the rainbow flag.  The rainbow flag?  Why not a rainbow?  If you want a flag, use an American flag.  Why a rainbow flag to bring the discussion of stripes to light?

I showed my children the image for discussion purposes and they said, "American flags have stripes".

I said, "But there is no American flag in the picture."

Then their eyes got HUGE as one said, "Oh, the rainbow flag is a symbol!"  Hmmm - even my children caught the underlying message here.

The parent was told by the principal that rainbows have stripes, but the father responded that there was no rainbow in the picture.  So why did they use the flag?  I think we all know the answer to that.

Please be praying for this situation as the superintendent is being notified of the concern brought by this parent even today.  Our children are being conditioned to embrace things that the Bible clearly calls sin.  This is a problem and it is not just about rainbows!

As Christians, the gay rights issue is becoming bigger and many Christians are backing down or away from it because they personally know many people who they love that are gay.  They see these people as "good people".  "Peaceable," just trying to live life.  I agree!  I too know many people who are gay and I love them!  I also know many people living together outside of marriage, yes, even Christians living together outside of marriage and you know what - I love them BUT whether I love them or not doesn't change what the Word of God says about sin.  WE ALL SIN and fall short of the glory of God but to give sin a pass because it is now politically correct is NOT righteousness!

Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!  - Isaiah 5:20

We MUST hold to the truth of scriptures, even when we LOVE PEOPLE who choose to do life their own way.  Loving people doesn't necessarily mean agreeing with them.  Do you ALWAYS agree with your mate?  Your children?  Yet we still love them.  We love them and stand for Truth in the process.  We have to KNOW the Truth (Jesus said, I am the way, the Truth and the life - John 14:6) and the Truth will set us free. - John 8:32.

Our children are being "taught" what the world says is true.  WE MUST teach them the scriptures:

My son (that is you and me), keep my (this is God) Words
    and treasure up My commandments with you;
2 keep My commandments and live;
    keep My teaching as the apple of your eye;
3 bind them on your fingers (like tying a string to your finger so you don't forget something);
    write them on the tablet of your heart (KNOW them and OBEY them in your very heart-of-hearts).
4 Say to wisdom, “You are my sister,”
    and call insight your intimate friend,
5 to keep you from the forbidden woman,
    from the adulteress with her smooth words.  (Interesting that the word adultery (sexual issues) is what we are being warned to keep away from here.) - Proverbs 7:1-5

Father, may we NOT sin against you while gaining the approval of SOME men.  Teach us Your ways, God and let us walk in your Truth!  - Psalm 86:11.  Give us courage to stand-up; even when we feel like we are the only one.

The Magnitude of the Problem...

It's been about a month now since flight MH370 went missing and loved ones still have no answers; no bodies to bury, no wreckage to confirm disaster, no answers. Nothing. I can't imagine pain and anguish they are dealing with. Today I saw this report and I felt I needed to stop and pray for these families; many of which are not of the Christian faith so they have NO hope.

Think about that. NO HOPE.

Even on my lowest of days, the hardest of things, the darkest hours, I still have a God I can cling to; a God who speaks to me, a God who knows my name and responds to me. NO HOPE. 

Father, help these people deal with the size of this disaster and bring them HOPE as ONLY You can. We pray for them to come to the understanding and the knowledge of the saving power of Jesus Christ. May they find HOPE, REST and PEACE in this terrible storm they are living. Father God, help people FIND this aircraft.  Show them where to look.  Lead them to the spot so these families can have closure.  Thank you Father. In Jesus Mighty Name I pray, Amen.

Send in the Laborers

I have several friends who have been to Mozambique and served with Heidi Baker with her Iris Ministry for short term missions and in her ministry school. I was just made aware of this devastating situation they are in. I know many Christians today who have become weary with giving, especially to church, but I am asking you to consider sharing this need with people you know who have a heart to help others. This is such a great place to give...to the most needy on the planet who don't have a spirit of entitlement. They are desperate for help and now with these rains, their meager existence has turned bleak. Please pray for them and also consider giving to them financially. 

We have such lavish lifestyles here in America compared with their living conditions and churches here are equipped with everything you can think of and still building more, yet many in Mozambique don't even have a roof over their head now as water is consuming what they call home! God forgive us. God help us help them!
Father, cause us to be givers and care for those who desperately need your help. Father, hold off the rains for a season and let their land dry a bit. Bring consistency to their weather so they can grow crops with adequate rain and then adequate sunshine. Holy Spirit, we need thee to help these suffering in Jesus' Mighty Name.

Power of Prayer

Just had to share this link with y'all!  You say you don't believe?  Really.  Well, have you ever prayed?  See, I am FULLY persuaded of who my God is and what He can do, but many around me are not convinced.  Why?  Well, maybe they haven't asked God to show His love to them.

I love how this man was challenged by a friend to "shoot up a prayer" and then, THEN God showed up for him.  That is just how God does us...He shows up WHEN we call out to Him.

Don't misunderstand me, I am not saying someone will come and give you a $100 just because you pray, but ask the Lord to show you how much He loves you.  Ask Him to reveal Himself to you.  Ask Him.

For those of you who already believe, this is not a time to shrink back from our faith.  We need to continue to be bold in our faith - especially during this Christmas season.  Continually ask the Lord for opportunities to share with others how we find rest, peace and life in our God!  Take a minute and listen to this inspiring story.  God is SO GOOD!

So what's keeping you from "shooting up a prayer" to God? He DOES answer! Go ahead. Pray! Ask Him to reveal His love for you to you! I'm praying you do!

Angels Unaware

God has NEED of us to DO the will of the Father. That's right...he NEEDS us to activate His Word. He searches over thousands looking for one! He is alert and active and watches over HIS Word to perform it. He wants to hear US declaring HIS verdict, His plan, His purposes. How many times do we just "watch" when we should pray, declare, intercede, command, request, petition, well, you get the idea.

Totally blessed by this testimony of what our God can do. In light of our nation and it's ills, maybe we ALL should begin to take our "place on the wall" and PRAY for heaven to meet earth and change our world.

Blessings warriors! Be encouraged and LIFT UP YOUR EYES, for our help comes from the Lord!

Are You a Good Person?

So many people today think they are a "good person" what does that mean?  What does that look like? What are we really saying when we think we are "good"?  Are any of us truly good?  Hmmm, that requires deeper investigation.

Ray Comfort has some incredible teachings and this one too will not disappoint. I have yet to listen to something from him that doesn't make me grow or challenge me.

In this video he will explore the Genius of John Lennon and what motivated him and his artistic expressions in song and music. Fascinating information about his upbringing, his early years, events on the road and even the news around his death are shared in this intriguing look back at the Beatles and "being happy".

Please take the 35 minutes to view this entire video; you will never be the same.  I have shared this with SEVERAL people from all types of backgrounds; people who are "saved", people who think they are "saved", people who hope they are "saved" and even those who have really never been questioned the topic and ALL of them walk away from the video in the least full of conviction and even some needing to make some things right.  See none of us plan on dying; John Lennon certainly wasn't expecting to die at 40.

I encourage you to not only watch the video but then share it with those you love and care about.  It is an easy way to bring up one of the most important questions ANY of us can face - where will we go when we die?

I pray that the eyes of your heart will be enlightened and that you too will find the peace that only can come from the truth of the gospel message found in Jesus Christ.  Blessings my brothers in Christ and may your 2013 start off strong, with the Lord on your side!
